Rollin 20s Crip Convicted of Murder

“”> Prosecutors in DA Charme Allen’s Career Gang Unit obtained a conviction against another Rollin 20s Crips gang member whose plot to commit random robberies ended in a homicide. Quantavious Williams was convicted First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery, Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Carjacking, and Employing a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony. Williams was sentenced to life in prison on the murder counts. Judge Bob McGee set the case for sentencing on December 14 to determine the sentence on the remaining charges.

Waiter Convicted of Stealing Customer Credit Card Numbers

Prosecutors in DA Charme Allens Career Gang Unit obtained a twelve-year sentence against a career criminal who stole customer credit card numbers while working as a waiter at several west Knoxville restaurants. David Carroll Masoner, 46, was convicted of three counts of Identity Theft. In a sentencing hearing today, Judge Scott Green sentenced Masoner to serve twelve years in prison.
